When diagrams in MS Internet Explorer look bad

When you put your mouse on the GIF/JPG two 'gadgets' appear. One with four icons in it. And a second with a picture with four arrows pointing out. When you click on the last gadget the diagrams are shown in a larger format: and much more 'readable'.
But you need to click the gadget for each GIF/JPG you want to view in normal format.

So you should set this permanently via:

   Tools
   Internet Options
   Advanced
     In group 'Multimedia':
       De-select: 'Enable Automatic Image Resizing'
